6:01 p.m. – Extra patrol requested at S. Forbes apartments due to hearing a party that may be taking place tonight and other suspicious circumstances.

10:46 p.m. – Caller from S. Forbes apartments complains that her neighbor's toilet is running and she feels this is a form of harassment.
