10:22 a.m. – Identity theft report submitted at Lakeport Police, 916 N. Forbes.

12:49 p.m. – Report taken for annoying phone calls to address on Lupoyoma Heights.

4:20 p.m. – Report taken at Lakeport Police for penal code/other offenses.

6 p.m. – Medium-sized dog going back and forth between McDonald's and Highway 29 on the southbound ramp, causing a road hazard. Animal control notified at 5:10 p.m.

6:23 p.m. – Moving violation citation issued during traffic stop on S. Main at Hospice Thrift Store.

6:25 p.m. – Report taken for two-vehicle noninjury traffic collision at 11th and N. Forbes.

8:13 p.m. – Report taken for public disturbance at Library Park on Park Street. Caller reports a 16-year-old slapped them. Parties are separated.

8:18 p.m. – Caller from nursing facility on 16th reports someone is ransacking his house.

9 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision on N. Main. Male subject hit cafe with his car. Report taken.

10:06 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop on Lakeport Boulevard.
