9:35 a.m. – White male adult reported in a parking lot in the 1500 block of S. Main, talking to himself and being belligerent.

10:49 a.m. – Noninjury traffic collision at Third and N. Forbes. Truck hit a car.

12:35 p.m. – Lakeport Library in the 1400 block of N. High report someone possibly is sleeping around the building. Caller found pillows in the bushes.

12:44 p.m. – Moving violation citation issued at N. High and 17^th.

5:19 p.m. – Warning issued to female subject reportedly causing problems at business in the 100 block of S. Main.

7:15 p.m. – Two females reported leaving store in the 2000 block of S. Main with stolen merchandise. Arrest made.

8:05 p.m. – Caller reports being bitten for the second time by her 16-pound Shih Tzu, she wants the dog taken away.

8:17 p.m. – Warning issued for suspicious vehicle parked in front of residence on First for more than a week.

8:22 p.m. – Extra patrol requested on Konocti Avenue due to domestic violence issues.

8:39 p.m. – Bicycle versus a parked vehicle in a noninjury traffic collision on Third and N. Main.
