2:16 a.m. – Loud party reported at apartment complex in the 900 block of S. Forbes.

2:45 a.m. – Caller from First reports girlfriend is not breathing. Unable to provide further information because he's hysterical. Report taken.

6:32 a.m. – A white station wagon was all over the roadway, now is in parking lot of business in the 1000 block of 11th. Driver staggered out of car, is in front of store smoking. Warning issued.

9:14 a.m. – Male subject passed out at store in the 1000 block of 11th. May be drunk.

9:59 a.m. – Dead rabbit in the book drop at the Lakeport Library on N. High. Ongoing problem. Occurred within the hour. Report taken.

12:46 p.m. – Caller reports a dog chewed up his cat. Referred to animal control.

2:30 p.m. – Someone was locked in the bathrooms at the Lakeport Chamber offices on Lakeport Boulevard.

3:52 p.m. – Warning issued during traffic stop on First.

5:17 p.m. – Caller reports being unable to find her 3-year-old granddaughter. Last saw the girl wearing only her underwear at location on Lakeshore Boulevard.

11:14 p.m. – Noninjury traffic collision reported on Martin. Caller reported hearing what sounded like a big bang. SUV seen hitting a bunch of garbage cans and heading northbound on Main Street.
