6:05 p.m. – Report taken for a suspicious person in the 1800 block of S. Main. Male subject sitting in a vehicle with a glazed-over look, car alarm keeps going off. Caller tried talking to him and he doesn't respond.

7:49 p.m. – Caller on S. Forbes reported that she has drugs she would like to turn over to the police. She had it grown when she had surgery and no longer wants it in her house. Report taken.
