HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE – The Hidden Valley Lake Men's Niners Golf Club held a low net tournament on March 18.

The results were as follows:

• First flight: Stan Kalata and Ron Martinez tied for first with net 35; Rick Canevari and Cliff Hughes had 36.

• Second flight: Paul Bertlin posted the lowest net of the day 28, Bill Surber had 32, and Al Burrows and John Jones had 34.

• Third flight: Phil Tyler had a fine 29, and Doug Carter, Sam DeBone, and Don Dornbush tied with 35.

• Fourth flight: Ron Hallman netted a par 32, while Mason Butler had 34 and Hal Weber 35.

Closest to the par 3 pins were Rick Conrad and Bill Surber.

Chip-ins were scored by Jim Brown, Dennis Bero, Bob Costello, Mason Butler and Bill Surber.

Fifty-two men participated in this event.
