Westshore Pool offers day camps

LAKEPORT – The city of Lakeport will be hosting a series of day camps at the Westshore Pool for children ages 6 through 12.


The drop-off time will be 7:45 a.m., and the pickup time will be 5:15 p.m.


The cost per child is $125 for the five-day camp.


Participants will enjoy games, exercises, swim lessons, healthy snacks and guest speakers.


The city will provide breakfast, snacks, drinks and water.


Parents are asked to provide a sack lunch, bathing suit, towel, and sunscreen.


There will be themes for the camps as follows:


  • July 26 – July 30: Carnival;

  • Aug. 2 – Aug. 6: Olympic;

  • Aug. 9 – Aug. 13: Surprise;

  • Aug. 16 – Aug. 20: Music.


Registration for these camps is limited, so act fast.


You may mail your registration and check for the full amount of $125 to the city of Lakeport, 592 Martin St., Lakeport, CA 95453, or you may pay cash or charge at Lakeport City Hall, 225 Park St.

The pool is located at 250 Lange St. on the campus of Clear Lake High School in Lakeport.
