LAKEPORT, Calif. – Bring the family out to the events this weekend at Lakeport Speedway, located at the Lake County Fairgrounds.

Start the day off on Saturday, June 18, with the sixth annual Kulture Shock Car Show, which kicks off at 8 a.m. and concludes at 4 p.m.

Any attendants of the car show will receive a $2 discounted coupon for entrance to the races at Lakeport Speedway.

The gates for the races open at 5 p.m. with the racing starting at 6:30 p.m.

On the ticket for this weekend are the Lake County Off Road Extreme Asphalt Outlaws, The Taco Bell Bombers, The Clover Hyrdo Jammers and The Coors Light Modifieds.

The most exciting action is on hand at the end of the evening of the races with the Wrecking Yard Rumble, a 1950s Nastalgic Demo Derby.

The action is getting geared up on the track this weekend with the Kulture Shock Car Show and with the racing action starting on the track at 6:30 p.m.
