HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE, Calif. – The HVL Men's Niners Golf Club held a medal play tournament on Thursday, Oct. 25.

The results were:

• First flight: Bill Brewster was first with net 34. Randy Brown, Tom Gibbs and Dave Mann tied for second one stroke back, 35.
• Second flight: Bill Helt, Bruce Hamilton and Jim Stratton tied for the top spot, 33.
• Third flight: Hal Weber posted the lowest net of the day, 30. Brian Pannizzera was second, 33. Bob Schossler and Russ Sage tied for third, 34.  

Closest to the par 3 pins were Dennis Bero and Bill Brewster.  

Chip-ins were scored by Don Dornbush and Joe Vallee.  

Thirty-seven men participated in this event.
