HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE, Calif. – The HVL Men’s Niners Golf Club held a two-man (3X3X3 format) tournament on July 24.

• The results were:
• “A” flight: The team of Bendi Bendinelli/Bruce Brashares finished in first with combined net 27. Paul Bertlin/Joe Vallee finished second, 31. Bob Chesnut/Ed Brooks, Don Herndon/Jim Brown, and Bill Brewster/Dennis Bero tied for third, 32.
• “B” flight: Rick Conrad/Sam DeBone was first at 27. Dave Mann/Phil Taylor and Don Dornbush/Jim Stratton tied for second, 28.
• “C” flight: Ed Carver/Don Holland came in first, 27. Jim Hodges/Jay Hodges, second, 28 and Russ Sage/John Jones, third, 29.

Closest to the par 3 pins were Bob Brossier and Carl Dennis.

Chip-ins were scored by Jim Dvorak, Rick Conrad, Bruce Brashares and Bill Lyon.

Seventy men, or 35 teams, participated in this event.
