HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE, Calif. – The HVL Men's Niners Golf Club held a stroke-play tournament on Thursday, March 24, at the Hidden Valley Lake golf course.

The results were as follows:

– First flight: first place, Keith Ipsen, net 34; second place, Rick Conrad, net 35; and third place, Scott McAllister, net 35.

– Second flight: first place, Mike Higman, net 36; second place, Bob Smart, net 38; third place, John Gastineau, net 39.

– Third flight: first place, Tom Swihart, net 35; second place, Dennis Day, net 38; third place, Ed Brooks, net 40.

Closest to par three pins were Tom Swihart and Dennis Bero. Stan Kalata had a chip-in.

A total of 36 golfers participated.
