For all who are interested in a guided tour of Anderson Marsh with Tom Nixon can meet at 8 a.m. in the parking lot. Please bring water and dress in layers.
The event features music from local bands such as The Ryan Family, Don Coffin’s Mandolin Ensemble, Cobb Stompers, Dennis Purcell, Jill Shaw & Sarah Ticheva, Merilark & Bob Johnson with Anna McAtee, Tom Nixon and Ed & Lavonne Moore.
Ranch House tours will be scheduled throughout the day. Times are 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Registration will take place 15 minutes prior to each tour and is limited to 15 people.
Children’s games and activities will be coordinated by Children’s Museum of Art & Science and include big baggy pants races, old-fashioned sack races and other old-style games for young and old.
Food and beverages will be provided by Konocti Unified School District Culinary Pathway Program.
Fun for the entire family at a price that is easy on the pocketbook: $2 for adults and $1 for children. Ranch House Tours and guided walks are free.
Sorry, no ice chests, food or alcohol for this event and absolutely no dogs (except service dogs) are admitted to the park. There will be no seating provided – please bring a blanket or lawn chair.

Middle school aged youth will be taught basic safety in the water, as well as basic paddling skills in canoes and paddleboards.
The more daring and athletic may learn the challenging sport of Olympic flatwater kayaking. Beginners move into advanced paddling when they are ready, repeat beginner sessions are OK.
The cost is $50 for the summer.
For high school students there will be a rowing camp from Saturday, June 20, through Saturday, June 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Rowing will be done in eight man shells and some sculling.
The adult rowing camp will run concurrently in the evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and is $100.
