LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Debates for district attorney and sheriff's candidates, and a council forum hosted last week in Lakeport are now available online for voters getting ready to make their decisions this fall.

The debates can be found at www.velocityvideoonline.com/electiondebates.html.

The Lake County Chamber of Commerce, Lake County News, Lake County Farm Bureau and Lake County Association of Realtors partnered to host a debate for sheriff candidates on Sept. 27 and a district attorney candidates' debate on Sept. 30, both of which were televised live.

In addition to those debates, a Sept. 28 forum for Lakeport City Council candidates can be listened to at the site as well.

Debates for district attorney and sheriff's candidates from before the primary are still available at the site.

Velocity Video Online provided the videography for all of the featured debates.

Videographer McKenzie Paine also provides video services for the weekly Lake County Board of Supervisors meetings.
