NOTICE OF INTENTION TO SELL COUNTY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY, NOT REQUIRED FOR PUBLIC USE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Lake, State of California, has set Tuesday, March 22, at 9:20 a.m., in the Board Chambers, Courthouse, Lakeport, CA, as the time and place for a public meeting where sealed proposals and oral bids shall be considered for the sale of an improved lot with a 1,056 square foot, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom single family manufacture home built in 2002 located at 9549 Copsey Creek Way, Lower Lake, California, also identified by assessors parcel number 049-101-050-000.

The minimum bid price of the real property is seventy thousand dollars ($70,000).

Sealed bids, utilizing the official bid form, shall be delivered to the Asst. Clerk to the Board of Supervisors NO LATER THAN 8:30 a.m. on March 22, 2011 in Room 109 of the Courthouse, 255 North Forbes St. Lakeport, CA.
