Meet and greet for sheriff’s candidate planned for April 14

CLEARLAKE, Calif. – Meet Bob Chalk, candidate for Lake County sheriff-coroner, at a special event on Sunday, April 14.

The meet and greet will take place from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Main Street Café, 14084 Lakeshore Drive in Clearlake.

Host Sam Polo, owner of Main Street Café, has invited the public to meet the candidate and his family to ask questions and listen. Light refreshments will be provided.
 
“Whether you know Bob Chalk or not, you are encouraged to stop by,” said Polo.

Chalk will hold meet and greet nights in a number of towns around Lake County.
 
“The ideas, concerns and insight from citizens in the county are extremely important,” said Chalk.
 
The next meet and greet night is scheduled for Sunday, April 28, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Lakeport Yacht Club, located at 15 Fifth St.
