AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARLAKE AMENDING CHAPTER IX, SECTIONS 9-1.20 THROUGH 9-1.26; AND SECTION 9-3 IN ITS ENTIRETY OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF CLEARLAKE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake City Council will consider adopting Ordinance No. 186-2016 at the City Council meeting at 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, on April 14, 2016 beginning at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter. 

The purpose of this ordinance is to reinstate sections 9-1.20 through 9-1.26 which deal with administrative items and 9-3 Building Permits within the Area Served by the Southeast Wastewater System.
