NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing in the Board of Supervisors Chambers in the Courthouse at 9:10 a.m. on June 9, 2016, and at 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA. on application Parcel Map (PM 15-06) proposing to subdivide one lot comprising 7.76 acres into two parcels of: 5.95 acres and 1.81 acres.

The project is located 9435 Konocti Bay Road, Kelseyville, APN 009-016-05 and zoned SR/CR/RR and the applicant is DAN STRECKFUS. 

The Planning Commission will consider the mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study (IS 15-28), which will be available May 19, 2016 and the staff report that will be available May 27, 2016.
