NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IN
CONSIDERATION OF RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH OROSCO DEVELOPMENT NO. 19, LLC FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15885 DAM ROAD IN THE CITY OF CLEARLAKE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clearlake Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 5, 2016, in the City Hall Council Chambers at 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. 

The purpose of the hearing is for the Planning Commission to hear public testimony to determine whether to recommend the Clearlake City Council adopt an ordinance approving the Development Agreement with Orosco Development No. 19, LLC for property located at 15885 Dam Road in the City of Clearlake.

The public or any affected parties may review the Staff Reports and other relevant documents prior to the hearing. These documents will be available to the public from during City Hall business hours beginning on June 30, 2016, at Clearlake City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive. 

Members of the public may submit written comments on the matter to the Planning Commission prior to the hearing and/or may appear at the public hearing and speak on the matter.  Appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision is limited to the consideration of those issues addressed by the Planning Commission at the Public Hearing.
