Woodland Community College to host supervisor candidates' forum Sept. 29

CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The Lake County Campus of Woodland Community College will host a District 1 Board of Supervisors candidates' forum on Thursday, Sept. 29.

The forum will begin at 6 p.m. in the 200 building across from the admissions office at the campus, located at 15880 Dam Road Extension in Clearlake.

The public is invited to attend in order to be better informed on their District 1 supervisorial race in this upcoming general election.

The forum is being organized by the Associated Students of Lake County Campus.

The candidates will introduce themselves and describe why they are running for the supervisorial position that they are competing for.

Then the Associated Students will be asking the candidates questions concerning District 1 and the local issues of Lake County. 

The event is expected to last no longer than one hour.

The general election is just around the corner. Join them in this event and learn more about the two candidates who want to serve District 1.
