CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The Clearlake City Council will convene for a special Monday meeting to hold abatement order appeal hearings on 11 properties.

The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, in the council chambers at Clearlake City Hall, 14050 Olympic Drive.

The 11 properties to be discussed are 4316 Hill Ave.; 14604 Palmer Ave.; 16092 10th Ave.; 16034 18th Ave.; 15800 20th Ave.; 15831 21st Ave.; 15841 21st Ave.; 15880 42nd Ave.; 15928 45th Ave.; 15945 45th Ave.; and 15419 Stanyon St.

Documents for the meeting indicate that city code enforcement placed the abatement orders on the properties due to marijuana cultivation in violation of the city's medical marijuana cultivation rules.
