NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT
A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION AND
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY
THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider adoption of a categorical exemption and hold a public hearing on whether to approve, conditionally approve, or deny the project described in this notice.
A public hearing to consider the listed project will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 9:15 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the business of the Commission will allow. The hearing will be conducted in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers located at 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Use Permit Extension, UPX 16-02, and CE 16-74. Location: 10350 Socrates Mine Road, Middletown, CA APN 013-005-20, 013-058-02, 013-058-03. Applicant: Geysers Power Company, LLC. Project: A ninety-nine (99) year extension of time (UPX 16-02) for Use Permit, UP 81-05 for an existing drill pad containing production and injection wells, access roadways and pipelines facilities. The staff report will be available April 3, 2017 at the Community Development Department, Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA. The public hearing will be held in the Board of Supervisors’ Chamber in the Courthouse on April 13, 2017 at 9:15 a.m, at which time and place interested persons may attend and be heard.
