KELSEYVILLE, Calif. – Lake County Fire Recovery Blues Benefit No. 2 – which had been set for Saturday, May 21, at Ely Stage Stop & Country Museum in Kelseyville – has been postponed due to weather concerns.

Organizers said the event will be rescheduled for a date in June that is still being determined.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing in the Board of Supervisors Chambers in the Courthouse at 9:20 a.m. on June 9, 2016, and at 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, CA  on application Rezone (RZ 15-05) proposing a rezone from "APZ" Agricultural Preserve to "A" Agricultural. 

The project is located 970 and 990 Osprey Court, Lakeport, APNs 008-003-17 and 008-001-19 and the applicant is ROBERT WOOLRIDGE. 

The Planning Commission will consider the negative declaration based on Initial Study (IS 15-31), which will be available May 19, 2016 and the staff report that will be available May 27, 2016.

The Planning Commission will consider the mitigated negative declaration based on Initial Study (IS 15-28), which will be available May 19, 2016 and the staff report that will be available May 27, 2016.
