LAKEPORT – Prepare to be put on a fast-track to learning what employers are looking for when hiring in the hospitality industry.
The Lake One-Stop will host two workshops for the “Hospitality from A to Z” training.
Both workshops will be required to complete the whole training.
The first is Tuesday, May 25, at the Lake One-Stop office, 55 First St., Lakeport.
The second will be Thursday, May 27, at the Edgewater Resort and Ferndale Resort on Soda Bay Road in Kelseyville.
Both will take place from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Participants will be awarded a certificate of completion after completing the two workshops.
Local hospitality experts and Mt. Konocti facilitators Sandra West and Kyle Miller will engage the workshop participants with tips, tricks and enthusiasm to guide them towards becoming competitive job candidates within the hospitality industry.

The award was presented during the Leavitt Group’s annual conference in Las Vegas, Nev.
