HIDDEN VALLEY LAKE, Calif. – Hidden Valley Pet Palace will host its third annual Pet Halloween Costume Contest on Saturday, Oct. 30.

The fun will begin at 2 p.m. at the shop, 18983C Hartmann Road, Hidden Valley Lake.
