LAKEPORT, Calif. – The Hot August Nites Dinner/Dance on Aug. 15th at the Lakeport Senior Activity Center needs a volunteer salesperson/clerk for this fundraiser's Accessory Shop.  

Other volunteers needed are a reporter for the in-house newsletter "Senior Moments," lunch servers at the center, working in the thrift store, community outreach and on-call front desk workers.  

They also are seeking drivers for the Meals On Wheels program to deliver meals to senior citizens.  

Routes are in Lakeport through Soda Bay, Kelseyville and Kelseyville Riviera.  

Drivers must have a currant driver's license and proof of insurance.  

A gas reimbursement of $20 per day is provided.
