CLEARLAKE, Calif. – A Super Bowl champion will appear at the Lake Youth Youth Center next month as part of a new youth empowerment seminar.
Lake County Youth Services Junior Giants, will host the presentation from the organization, Pros & Cons for Kids, from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 1.
This event will be held at the center field of the Little League Fields on Ball Park, and is open to the public of all ages.
Seating is limited so please bring your own folding chairs.
Eason Ramson, director of Pros & Cons for Kids and a retired 49er Super Bowl champion, will give a presentation on the problem with low self-esteem, alcohol and substance abuse, the importance of knowing how to deal with negative peer pressure and the facts on drinking.
Along with the presentation, Ramson will bring his Super Bowl ring for the children to see. He is excited to bring his program to Lake County.
