CLEARLAKE, Calif. – Lake County Republican Women Federated will host California Federation of Republican Women, Northern Division 3rd Vice President Garlon Kastner at its meeting on Wednesday, July 8.

The group will hold its business meeting at 11:30 a.m. at Howard's Grotto, 14732 Lakeshore Drive, Clearlake, with lunch to follow at noon.

During lunch, Kastner will speak. She is past regional director of the North Bay Region – which includes Napa, Sonoma and Marin counties – and is past president of Napa Valley Republican Women Federated, where she grew her club to almost 300 members. 

She currently is on the Northern Division Nominating Committee to select the officers who will guide Northern Division for the next two years. Elections will be held at the Biennial Convention, Nov. 6 to 8.

The cost for lunch is $20, which includes the main course, coffee or ice/hot tea. All other beverages are no host.          

The lunch menu choices this month are chicken piccata or chef salad.

Reservations are required. The deadline is the Monday before the meeting.
