LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Due to the forecast of a very strong storm impacting Lake County this weekend, the Lake County Horse Council is canceling its “Stay Safe” event scheduled for Saturday, March 5.

The forecast on Saturday and into Saturday night calls for heavy rain, damaging winds, and the potential for hazardous road conditions, minor flooding and power outages.

The horse council appreciates the community's interest and will reschedule as soon as possible.
