LAKEPORT, Calif. – Each year Lake County’s civil grand jury publishes a report on the grand jury’s investigations and recommendations.
Copies of the report are provided to the Lake County Library, public officials, the media, interested parties and entities mentioned in the report.
The Lake County Library has four branches located around the county and each has nearly 40 years of grand jury final reports.
“We have grand jury reports going back to the 1976-77 year in our reference collection that are freely accessible for people to examine in the library,” said Lake County Librarian Christopher Veach. “Anyone can use our online catalog available at our Web site, http://library.lakecountyca.gov to search for materials in our library collection and see if the report they want to examine is checked in at their local branch.”
Grand jury reports are on the catalog at http://find.sonomalibrary.org/client/en_US/lakeco/search/detailnonmodal/ent:$002f$002fSD_ILS$002f0$002fSD_ILS:975420/one?qu=Lake+County+Grand+Jury+final+report .
