LAKEPORT, Calif. – Attorney Dennis A. Fordham, a State Bar-certified specialist, will present two free seminars on estate planning in Lakeport in September.

The seminars will consider the topic, “Why a trust and not a will?”

The first seminar will take place at 3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 8, while the second is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 9.

Both will be held at Fordham’s office, located at 870 S. Main St., Lakeport.
