Road closures to be in place for Thursday evening fair parade

LAKEPORT, Calif. – The city of Lakeport reported that there will be short-term road closures in place early Thursday evening due to the Lake County Fair Parade.

From 5:30 to 6 p.m. Main Street heading south from Natural High to Martin Street and Martin Street turning left (west) to the fairgrounds will be closed to traffic.

The public asked to use alternate routes and avoid driving in the parade area. There will be Lakeport Police Police staff and Public Works crews on-site.
