LAKEPORT, Calif. – The October meeting of the Lake County Republican Party will be changed to Thursday, Oct. 12, at 2 p.m.

The meeting will take place at Round Table Pizza, 831 11th St., Lakeport.

Lani Kane, acting chair, announced this change due to the illness of Chair Dee Gillen Cuney.

The meeting agenda will include discussion of taking your voice and vote back, contacting the California GOP Board members and informing voters.

Kane will report on advocate groups fighting for California and the California Federation of Republican Women's Convention just held in Monterey. A roundtable discussion will follow.
