CLEARLAKE, Calif. – Clearlake Waste Solutions has resumed the normal garbage service schedule within the evacuated areas of Clearlake.

The company will pick up extra bags if necessary to make up for the missed week, the city reported.

“The city of Clearlake worked with Clearlake Waste Solutions to provide several large dumpsters throughout the evacuated areas,” said Clearlake City Manager Greg Folsom.

Folsom added, “Now that normal garbage service has been restored, residents are asked to use their own garbage containers for normal household waste or take it to the landfill.”
