CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The First 5 Lake Commission will hold its next meeting on Wednesday, Dec. 6.

The commission will meet beginning at 2 p.m. at the Lake County Department of Social Services, 14092 Lakeshore Drive, Clearlake.

Items on the agenda include approval of the October financials, review and approval of a funding request from The Nest, approval of the 2018 First 5 Lake meeting calendar and the 2018-19 program extensions, and review of First 5 Lake by-laws.

There also will be reports from the executive director and the commissioners.

All those interested in the well-being of families and young children are encouraged to attend.

The commission includes Chair Pam Klier, Vice Chair Denise Pomeroy and members Brock Falkenberg, Jeff Smith, Crystal Markytan, Susan Jen, Laurie Daly, Carly Swatosh and Allison Panella.
