MIDDLETOWN, Calif. – The Middletown Community United Methodist Church will hold a fundraiser on Sunday, Aug. 26, to raise funds for repairs to the church building.

The event will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. at the church, 15833 Armstrong St.

The meal will include quiche, pioneer potatoes and a dessert auction, and coffee fit for a cowboy.

Presale tickets are $5 each or $10 each after Aug. 19. Children under age 6 eat for free.

Proceeds will be used to restore the church’s bell tower floor.

The Middletown Community United Methodist Church has served the community since 1857.
