CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The city of Clearlake Animal Control will host a rabies vaccination clinic for dogs on Saturday, Sept. 15, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at City Hall, located at 14050 Olympic Drive.

The rabies vaccination and certificate will be available for just $8 for Clearlake residents.

There are only 150 rabies vaccines available so please arrive early.

They also will have staff to assist with dog licensing. Licenses will be available to purchase for $30 for a spayed/neutered dog.

If you don’t have a pet to bring to the clinic, but want one, they have a number of dogs looking for their future home.

Clearlake Animal Control is open to the public for pet adoptions from Tuesday through Saturday, noon to 3 p.m.
