UPPER LAKE, Calif. – Community members are invited to the West Region Town Hall meeting on Friday, Nov. 9.

The meeting will take place beginning at 5 p.m. at the Upper Lake Senior Center, 9470 Mendenhall Road.

The agenda is filled with many issues facing the community. Come and voice your concerns.
