LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – Lake County Public Services announced that the Eastlake Landfill in Clearlake and the Public Services Office in Lakeport will be closed Thursday, Nov. 22, and Friday, Nov. 23, for the Thanksgiving holiday.

The Eastlake Landfill will reopen Saturday, Nov. 24, and the Public Services office will reopen on Monday, Nov. 26.

Normal operating hours at the landfill are 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. The Public Services office is normally open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Normal collection schedules will resume the week following the holiday.
