The group will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the social hall of the United Methodist Church, 16255 Second St., Lower Lake.
All meetings are open to the public.
In honor of Women's History Month, Blair will show several quilted art pieces honoring women in history, emphasizing each woman's achievements and contributions to our democracy.
She will share the herstory of the National Women's History Alliance and discuss their 2020 initiatives celebrating the centennial of the passage of the 19th Amendment.
Blair will invite Lake County residents to plan local activities to honor this historical event.
Blair is a talented fabric artist, quilting teacher and historian. She served as outreach coordinator and program speaker for the National Women's History Project in Santa Rosa for over two years. Blair earned her associate’s degree in humanities/fine arts.
Associate membership in the Lake County Democratic Central Committee is open to registered Democrats and dues are $25 annually.
