LUCERNE, Calif. – The Lucerne Area Town Hall met on Aug. 15 at the Lucerne Alpine Senior Center.

The group heard a presentation on Pacific Gas and Electric Co.’s Public Safety Power Shutoff Program from the company’s public affairs representative, Herman Hernandez; discussed bylaws updates; loan forgiveness for California Water Service Co.’s water plant; and a proposal for a public bulletin board at Lucerne Harbor Park.
