Lucy House passed in her sleep on Feb. 5, 2013.

Lucy was born and raised in San Francisco and lived throughout the Bay Area before settling in Hidden Valley Lake.

Lucy was much loved by her devoted surviving family members; Paulette Huber, her daughter, and Sky Strowbridge, her grandson. She is preceded in death by her son Eugene LeFevre.

LOWER LAKE, Calif. – A memorial service for Lower Lake High School student Jesse Meldrum has been scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 10.

Meldrum’s services will begin at 2 p.m. in the new gym at Lower Lake High School, 9430 Lake St.

The public is invited to attend.

It’s with a sad heart that we inform our friends and family of the passing of Michael Roy Thomas, 1953-2013. Mike succumbed to a long illness on Feb. 6, 2013.

He was married to Karen Thomas and when their marriage ended, he moved to Clearlake, Calif., to be with his family.

He is predeceased by his father, James Douglas Thomas, and survived by his mother, Mary E. Thomas (mothermary); his brothers, James and Robert of Clearlake; his nephew, James Scott, and wife Christy Thomas; and his great nephews, Ryan Michael, Tre Dominic, Ian James and Ryker Scott Thomas of Medford, Ore.

Mike was a 1971 Graduate of Fall River High School, Fall River Mills, Calif.

He worked as an electrician and industrial electrician with TIC Inc. at the Homestake Gold Mine in Lower Lake, Calif.

He loved the Hat Creek, Burney area when we all lived there and missed hunting and fishing with his friends.
