UKIAH – A group of about 30 people, diverse in ethnicity and geography, gathered at the Ukiah Civic Center on Sunday to express their individual concerns with Arizona's new state immigration bill, SB 1070.

Several Lake County residents traveled to Ukiah to take part in the protest.

A small gathering of about four people stood on the opposite side of the street in support of the bill.

The gathering was uneventful yet meaningful for those involved.
