NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission, County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 20-85) on Thursday, May 27, 2021, 9:05 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Due to the COVID-19 crisis, meetings of the Lake County Planning Commission will be available for participation virtually via Zoom and in the Board Chambers subject to social distancing requirements.
Applicant/Owner: Kushmen & Bakefield Enterprises Inc.
Proposed Project: Applicant is applying for (1) Type 6: “Non-Volatile Cannabis Manufacturing License” and (1) Type 11: “Cannabis Distributor License” to occur within an existing 11,000 square foot building.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider a Major Use Permit (UP 20-01) to consider approval of a commercial cannabis cultivation project on a 20+ acre property, and consideration of adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS 20-01) on Thursday, May 27, 2021, 9:35 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
