NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 07-04 and adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for the project based on INITIAL STUDY IS 07-10 to allow conversion of an existing 484 square foot garage to a small winery producing less than 15,000 cases per year.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 05-15 proposing major use permit for the expansion and operation of a winery with annual production of no more than 60,000 cases.
The Project applicant is Wildhurst Vineyards. The project is located at 3495 Benson Lane, Kelseyville, and further described as APN 008-025-21. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Negative Declaration for the use permit based on Initial Study IS 05-53. The proposed negative declaration will be available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California thirty (30) days before the hearing and the staff report will be available ten (10) before the hearing.
