The City Council will consider potential CDBG Resilience Mitigation Planning and Public Services programs and provide direction to staff to prepare an application in response to the release of the Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for CDBG Resilient Planning and Public Services Program through this Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA)

The purpose of this public hearing is to give citizens an opportunity to make their comments known regarding what types of eligible activities the City/County should be applying for under the State CDBG program.

On March 17, 2020, Governor Newsom issued Executive Order N-29-20, which waives the mandate of public, in-person accessibility to Council meetings provided there are other means for the public to participate. Effective immediately and continuing only during the period in which state or local public health officials have imposed or recommended social distancing measures, the Clearlake City Council meetings will be viewable via livestreaming on the City of Clearlake’s YouTube Channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTyifT_nKS-3woxEu1ilBXA and the public may participate through Zoom.
