NOTICE OF 30-DAY PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD & NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MHSA Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plan Updates for Fiscal Year 2018-19 and 2019-20
To all interested stakeholders, Lake County Behavioral Health Services, in accordance with the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA), is publishing this Notice of 30-Day Public Comment Period and Notice of Public Hearing regarding the above-entitled document. I. The public review and comment period began Friday, October 4, 2019 and ends at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2019. Interested persons may provide written comments during this public comment period. Written comments and/or questions should be addressed to LCBHS, Attn: Scott Abbott, 6302 Thirteenth Ave, PO Box 1024, Lucerne, CA 95458. Please use the attached comment form.
II. A Public Hearing will be held by Lake County Behavioral Health Services on November 4, 2019., at the Circle of Native Minds (845 Bevins Street; Lakeport, California 95453), 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for the purpose of receiving further public comment on the MHSA Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plan Updates for Fiscal Years 2018-19 and 2019-20.

RECONSIDERATION AND ADDENDUM TO A CERTIFIED EIR
BY THE LAKE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing to consider MAJOR USE PERMIT (UP 19-09), on Thursday October 24, 2019, 9:30 a.m., in the Board of Supervisors’ Chambers, 255 N. Forbes Street, Lakeport, California.
Applicant/Owner: VALLEY OAKS LAND DEVELOPMENT.
Proposed Project: A Major Use Permit for a new 18,000 sq. ft. grocery store (Grocery Outlet) and new access road. Location: Highway 29 and Hartmann Road (18196 and 18426 S. State Highway 29 and 18765 Hartmann Rd), Hidden Valley CA; APN: 014-260-51, 014-260-24 and 014-260-36.
