NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT A CATEGORICAL EXEMPTION
AND NOTICE OF PROPOSED MINOR USE PERMIT
BY THE LAKE COUNTY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Zoning Administrator of the County of Lake, State of California, will consider approving Minor Use (Collector) Permit (MUP 18-15) with no public hearing unless a written request for a public hearing is submitted by 5:00 P.M., July 11, 2018 to the Community Development Department, Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California. Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on Wednesday July 18, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse.

NOTICE OF ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a General Municipal Election will be held in the City of Clearlake on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, for the following officers:
– Two members of the city council-full term of four years;
– One city treasurer - full term of four years.
The candidate filing period begins on Monday, July 16, 2018, at 8 a.m. Candidate packets will be available in the City Clerk’s Office, 14050 Olympic Drive Clearlake, California. Candidates are asked to contact the City Clerk’s Office at 707-994-8201x106 or via email at
The filing period continues to Friday, August 10, 2018, at 5 p.m.
Should one or more incumbent council member(s) not file for re-election, the filing period is extended to 5 p.m., Wednesday, August 18, 2018, for non-incumbents.
If no one or only one person is nominated for each elective office, appointment to the elective office may be made as prescribed by Section 10229, Elections Code of the State of California.
