NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW OF PROPOSED NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND MINOR USE PERMIT

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 07-04 and adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for the project based on INITIAL STUDY IS 07-10 to allow conversion of an existing 484 square foot garage to a small winery producing less than 15,000 cases per year.

 

The proposed project site is 750 Round Mountain Rd, Clearlake Oaks, California 95423 Lake County, California, and further described as APN 006-012-79. The project applicant is High Valley Estate Vineyards. The proposed mitigated negative declaration and the proposed conditions of approval are available from the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Community Development Director will approve this MINOR USE PERMIT with no public hearing if no written request for a public hearing is submitted to the Community Development Department by 4:00 p.m., April 20, 2007.

 

Should a timely request for hearing be filed, a public hearing will be held on April 25, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. in Conference Room C, 3rd Floor of the Courthouse, 255 N. Forbes St., Lakeport, California.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lake County Community Development Director will consider MINOR USE PERMIT MUP 07-06 and adoption of a mitigated negative declaration for the project based on INITIAL STUDY IS 07-11 to allow installation and operation of a minor Wireless Communication Facility consisting of a 60’ steel monopole with twelve (12) panel antennas, a four (4) foot microwave antenna and construction of an equipment shelter located at 11806 Konocti Dr., Clearlake Oaks, Lake County, California, and further described as APN 006-028-13. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the County of Lake, State of California, will hold a public hearing on application UP 05-15 proposing major use permit for the expansion and operation of a winery with annual production of no more than 60,000 cases.

 

The Project applicant is Wildhurst Vineyards. The project is located at 3495 Benson Lane, Kelseyville, and further described as APN 008-025-21. The Planning Commission will consider adoption of a Negative Declaration for the use permit based on Initial Study IS 05-53. The proposed negative declaration will be available for review in the Planning Division of the Community Development Department in the Lake County Courthouse, 255 North Forbes Street, Lakeport, California thirty (30) days before the hearing and the staff report will be available ten (10) before the hearing.
