LAKE COUNTY, Calif. – The East Region Town Hall, or ERTH, will meet this week to discuss a lake water quality effort project and get updates on several ongoing projects.
The meeting will begin at 4 p.m. Wednesday, March 4, at the Moose Lodge, located at 15900 Moose Lodge Lane in Clearlake Oaks.

Cara Kiger Hollis, Stephen McCord and Steve Camden of UC Davis/Tahoe Environmental
Research Center will speak about the Clearlake Oaks Hypolimnetic Project, which will be installed in Clear Lake around Rattlesnake Island to test its ability to improve water quality.
Under business, there will be an update on the group’s activities and projects, reports from the Land Use and Road Safety committees, and the District 3 Municipal Advisory Committee update.
There also will be updates on the commercial cannabis ordinance, the Lake County 2050 General Plan and local area plan updates and rezone requests, the Superfund site cleanup, Klaus Park and Spring Valley, and a report from Supervisor EJ Crandell.
ERTH’s next meeting will take place on April 1.
