CLEARLAKE, Calif. – The Clearlake Police Department is working to locate a 16-year-old girl who was reported missing.
Kyla Piceno is a Native American female juvenile, 5 feet 1 inch tall and 108 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black crop top tank top and black sweatpants.
